  2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED The data we process are as follows:
    1. User’s personal data (name, surname, email, phone number, etc.). The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Controller’s contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms on the Controller’s website, with your explicit consent, result in the acquisition of your contact data, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
    2. Browsing data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, both personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols and personal data following your explicit consent.
    3. Data collected through cookies during the browsing activities on the website by users.   3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Personal data are processed in the context of the Controller’s activities for the following purposes:
    1. To provide the user with the requested information;
    2. With consent, for profiling and personalization;
    3. With consent, for advertising;
    4. Also with consent, to enable navigation of the website;
    5. Also with consent, to obtain information on the use of the website and related services, to ensure proper functioning, to carry out monitoring activities to support its security, and to identify actions aimed at its improvement (for browsing data);
    6. To comply with legal obligations, to fulfill orders from Public Authorities, to ascertain any responsibilities in the event of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the site or its users.
  4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING Personal data are processed by the Controller as one or more of the following conditions apply (Art. 6 GDPR):
    • Consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, GDPR;
    • Data processing useful for the prevention, suppression of potential fraud, and any illegal activity;
    • To comply with obligations under the law, regulations, community legislation, or an order from an Authority (Art. 6, para. 1, letter c, GDPR);

    The provision of data for the purpose of providing the information requested by the user is necessary and therefore mandatory. The provision of data for other purposes, and therefore consent to the collection and processing of data, is optional. The User may deny consent and can revoke consent already given at any time. However, denying consent may result in the inability to provide some services, and the browsing experience on the website may be partially compromised.

  5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD The Controller will process the data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above:
    • Data processed for contact and/or information requests from you will be retained for the time strictly necessary and, in any case, for no longer than three (3) months from the last contact;
    • Data collected through cookies will be retained for a period not exceeding that indicated in the separate extended cookie policy.

CATEGORIES OF AUTHORIZED SUBJECTS FOR PROCESSING AND TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED The data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the Controller as data handlers and/or authorized persons and/or system administrators, by Public Security Authorities or other public entities for defense purposes, State security, and crime prevention or by the Judicial Authority in compliance with legal obligations, where there are hypotheses of crime, as well as by any external parties, identified as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR, whose updated list is always available from the Controller, whom you can contact by email.

    Your data will not be disseminated unless to comply with obligations provided by law or regulations.

  9. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD Your Data may be processed by individuals and/or legal entities acting on behalf of the Controller under specific contractual agreements and located in EU or non-EU countries. Your data may be transferred to Third Countries recognized as adequate through a decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 of Regulation EU 2016/679).     If the Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and adequacy is not recognized, the Controller will adopt any suitable contractual measures to ensure adequate data protection.
  10. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT Regarding your Data, you have the right to request from the Controller, according to the methods indicated in the Regulation:
    • Access, where provided (Art. 15 GDPR);
    • Rectification and integration of inaccurate Data and integration of incomplete ones (Art. 16 GDPR);
    • Deletion of Data for the reasons provided, such as when they are no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation (Art. 17 GDPR);
    • Limitation of processing in the cases provided by Art. 18 GDPR (Art. 18 GDPR);
    • Since the processing is based on consent and is carried out with automated tools, you have the right to so-called portability, i.e., the right to receive, where provided, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the Data concerning you and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller, without hindrance;

    You also have the right to:

    • Object to the processing, where provided (Art. 21 GDPR);
    • Withdraw the consent given.

    At any time, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as well as resort to other means of protection provided by the applicable legislation.

  11. METHODS OF EXERCISING RIGHTS We inform you that you can exercise your rights by writing an email to info@litix.com.
    No particular formalities are required, and you can use the form published on the Data Protection Authority’s website at the link https://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/diritti/come-agire-per-tutelare-i-tuoi-dati-personali.
    The response period is one (1) month, extendable by two (2) months in case of particular complexity. In such a case, the Controller will inform the data subject within one (1) month of receiving the request.
    The exercise of rights is, in principle, free, except for the right to request a contribution in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (including repetitive ones).
